Home and Home-Office Computer Services

PC Rescue offers a fast and friendly service for all your home or home-office computing needs.

For all requirements that cannot be performed in the workshop, such as connecting to the Internet, setting up a home network, or if you’re having trouble setting up a printer, scanner, digital camera or webcam, we can supply expert advice and practical help.

We can supply backup systems to suit the home and home-office user at a budget that won't break the bank.

There is no separate call-out fee, and time is charged at just £10 (Inc. VAT) per quarter hour, with a minimum charge of £20 (Inc. VAT). For single visits, we charge a maximum of four hours for home and home-office users, which can include work on up to two computers. For three or more computers there is a six hour maximum charge.

We can also perform services at your home that we usually carry out in our workshop, such as computer MOT and tune-ups, basic repairs and upgrades, and virus and spyware removal. However, these are charged at the standard hourly rate and as such we recommend our fixed-price workshop service if it is suitable for you to do so.

If your computer needs to be taken away for repair, then the fixed-price workshop fee will apply plus a small fee for the on-site inspection and delivery back to your home.

Home call-outs can be arranged for daytime or evenings to suit.
