Business Computer Maintenance and Repairs
PC Rescue offers a fast and friendly service for all your small business computer maintenance and repairs needs.
For your on-site requirements such as connecting to the internet; setting up or administering your network; setting up a file server or shared document access; shared printers and scanners; and on and off-line backup systems, we can supply expert advice and practical help. We can check your computer security systems and advise accordingly.
We also offer telephone and remote access support for when site visits are not required.
We can also perform services at your site that we usually carry out in our workshop, such as computer MOT and tune-ups, basic repairs and upgrades, and virus and spyware removal. However, these are charged at the standard business rate and not at a fixed-price.
There is no separate call-out fee, and time is charged at just £10 (ex VAT) per quarter hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. The initial hour also includes a site inspection and consultation to ensure your system will get the correct level of service required, and to address any issues that may be found. If your computer needs to be taken away for repair, then a fixed-price workshop fee will apply plus the time spent on site.
PC Rescue offers businesses a regular maintenance package in the form of a Computer Service Agreement, starting from just £25 per month (ex VAT), to keep repair costs to a minimum and to ensure expensive stoppages are virtually eliminated.
